Who we are
Anna White and Ash Foster are sisters in law born 1 day apart, who love cooking and eating healthy, wholesome food.
Anna’s Story
With a background in graphic design and illustration Anna has always been passionate about health and wellbeing. With a love of cooking from a young age, Anna began experimenting with delicious alternatives for everyday foods that were healthier and easier for her body to digest - which kickstarted her love of recipe development.
Before having kids, she dove deeper into health and wellness and pursued the study of herbalism where she learnt about food as a form of medicine. Now, as a mum of (nearly) 3 healthy, thriving kids, Anna truly lives by that intention and her kitchen is filled with all sorts of nuts, seeds, alternative flours, and fresh local produce. She is passionate about cooking and creating in the kitchen and especially loves it when there’s family around to enjoy it.
Ash’s Story
With a background spanning eight years in marketing, Ash has collaborated with both international and local brands, specialising in the realms of interior design and health food. Her passion lies in crafting narratives that elevate brand awareness and executing strategic marketing initiatives, utilising her love of social media and content creation to do so.
With a love for food, longevity, and health, Ash is passionate about holistic health and recognises the profound impact of mindful eating on overall well-being.
